Pradhan Balter is the principal author at Retlab. Pradhan worked for Corel Systems before the days of CorelDRAW and it is very possible that he can lay claim to being the first CorelDRAW trainer in the United States! (He actually trained Version 1 while it was in beta!).

In 1993, beginning with CorelDRAW Version 4, he began writing “Authorized Training Curriculum” which he has now continued doing through version 12. His CorelDRAW 5 books became the most popular training manual for CorelDRAW ever, used by more than 90% of Corel training centers in the US, India, Japan and Brazil. His CorelDRAW 9 book was selected by Corel to be included with the academic version.

In addition to writing and lecturing on CorelDRAW, Pradhan has lectured in over 40 countries around the world on meditation, he is a Chiropractor and owns a popular vegetarian restaurant in Chicago.
